It has been a busy year for Mobile Fitness Solution! I continue to get amazing results with my programs! I placed 3rd in Figure in April after competing in the Mr. and Mrs. Universe Natural Bodybuilding Championships here in Grand Cayman. The competition was tough. I was pleased to still have placed in the top 3. In June I competed in the Jet Around Cayman Ms. Fitness Competition placing 2nd against 15 other girls. I have recently been featured in the November 2007 issue of Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Magazine (page 132). My first exposure in an international fitness magazine!

I am currently working on my calendar for 2009. Part of the proceeds from my calendar will go the "BE ACTIVE" program. For 2008 I am being featured in the Journal, our local monthly business publication, for the month of January. They have asked me to write a monthly health and fitness column for 2008!
