Have you hit a plateau? If you are doing the same workout day in and day out chances are your body has adapted to your routine. The body is highly adaptable to exercise. Therefore to prevent plateaus change up your routine every 4 weeks.

EXERCISE TIP THE MONTH!

Walking is a great exercise. You can turn this exercise into a toning tool with this little trick. While walking take really long strides and concentrate on squeezing the gluteal muscles as you walk. Or take this exercise to whole new level by walking backwards. Walking backwards forces the hamstrings and glutes to be directly involved in the movement!
